Pathways of the Sacred celebrates the multiple approaches to the Sacred available to us. It presents the great esoteric or inner traditions of the East and the West with informational and teaching podcasts, occasional blogs, sacred images and links for further personal discovery. Pathways approach is non-sectarian and eclectic, what Rosicrucians call 'Pansophy' -  finding the wisdom in the many paths available to seekers. Pathways explores Tantra, Qabalah, Tarot, Vedanta, King Arthur and the Holy Grail, Rosicrucianism, Ceremonial Magic and the myths and symbols of these and others paths that take us inward ultimately to ourselves. Truly, who know where this journey may go? 

Paul Garza, Jr. is a poet, spiritual guide, Reiki Master, teacher and podcaster who has been blessed with initiations into several esoteric lineages both Indian and Western. He is an ordained minister of the Independent Church of Antioch, has a M.A. in Indian Religion and Mythology from CSU Fullerton, studied Indian Philosophy at Hindu College, Delhi University and is a member of Western mystery schools.  He is a lifetime student of the wisdom traditions and his knowledge and insights come from practice, training and discovery. 

Paul was born in Los Angeles, California the city named after the great goddess as the Queen of the Angels and the Heavenly Shekinah. He was born on Candlemass Eve or Imbolc, the celebration of the return of light, the auspicious day of initation.  He grew up in Norwalk, CA and lived in Fullerton, CA until his re-location to Fort Bragg, CA in 2013. Additionally, he has lived or worked in India, Saudia Arabia, Mexico, Oman and El Salvador. He has been married since 1968, has two children and five grandchildren.
